Our Story
SAY WHEN Leather Co was born from a simple frustration: finding a quality belt that could withstand the demands of aviation work. As a working pilot, Chad Karisch grew tired of inferior belts that wore out quickly, looked cheap, and couldn't handle the daily grind of life in the cockpit.
So he started making his own. What began as a practical solution became a passion for traditional leathercraft. Using heavy-duty materials, time-honored techniques, and meticulous attention to detail, Chad builds pieces that are made to last decades, not months.
Today, from a workshop in Texas, SAY WHEN Leather Co crafts custom leather goods for pilots, riders, and anyone who appreciates the difference between mass-produced and handmade. Each piece is built heavy, wears comfortable, and carries the mark of true craftsmanship.
